Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.

During the holidays, it may be necessary to charge a re-stocking fee due to order cancellations. It will depend on the timing of the order and preparation. Must give notice more than 24-hours prior to delivery.

Fresh Flowers

Everyone has a bad day now and then – sometimes flowers do too. We make every effort to only provide the freshest flowers available, but a few rogue stems can slip through. As a professional florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of every order sent through for delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, we will work with you toward a solution. Please notify us within 24-hours of receiving your order by emailing us at flowerlandflorist@yahoo.ca.

Substitution Policy 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
